I stumbled on their website and decided to order some cookies for a retirement party. I was blown away by how easy they were to work with--very professional and fun! From start to finish this was the most seamless process I have ever had in a buying experience.. they took my picture, review my order with me, happily made a few changes I asked for to customize it. Sent another proof and it was exactly what I asked for.. they provided an ETA for my order and that is exactly when I got it.. The cookie looked just like my son.. but as impressive as the cookies was the care they took in getting it to me. Well packaged and even provide extra cookies just in case... everything I wanted and more... not a single cookie was broken... for those specials occasion where you want to provide something special, this is it.. well worth the money spent for a memorable Gradution for my son! THANKS SO MUCH!

I ordered the cookies for college graduation favors. The hardest part was....me. They had a chat option on the page to answer any questions. Sent several proofs to ensure cookie looked like my son. They were patient and accomodating. I was worried because they are in California and I am in Georgia, but packaging was secure and everything was intact. I will definitely use them again. <br /> <br /> Thank you

Parker's customer service is top notch! I was able to start the proof from a picture and have the cookies delivered to our home all in less than 10 days! We have gotten them for both of our boys' graduation party and will do it for our 3rd one when that time comes.
