- We use UPS as our primary carrier and we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/AFO at this time
- On some occasions we can use shippers FedEx or UPS account number to save costs

Custom orders start at $0.99/cookie with a $25 design setup fee per pet design. Our popular Value Packs: 50 cookies for $125, 90 in gift bags for $199, or 120 cookies for $139.
What kind of pet photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo of your pet looking directly at the camera -- front-facing works best. Avoid blurry images or photos where the pet is far away. The better the photo, the better the cookie!
Can you make cookies for any type of pet?
Yes! We've made cookies for dogs, cats, horses, birds, rabbits, and more. If you have a pet, we can put their face on a cookie.
How are pet cookies packaged and shipped?
We ship via UPS nationwide. Each cookie comes in an individual gift bag with personalized label and ribbon. Cookies are carefully packed to arrive intact. We always include a few extra cookies as a thank-you!
What if the cookie doesn't look like my pet?
We provide 1 initial proof and up to 3 revision rounds at no extra cost. We won't bake until you approve the design. Our artists specialize in capturing pet likenesses -- over 868 reviews at 4.9 stars.
