Delivery
- To ensure your product arrives as fresh as possible, we bake your cookies the same day they ship!
- Your product is carefully packaged in an oversized box that holds an inner box in place with 1 ½ inch foam corners. Your cookies are in the inner box with packaging support inside
- During the ordering process, please select a ship date that is 6 days from the day you placed the order. However many times we can process an order quickly if the customer is quick with revisions. Give us a call and find out if your rush order is possible.
- Every effort is to made to have your order delivered on time. However we can only 100% guarantee the day we bake & ship your cookies. Fedex guarantees all deliveries but Parker's Crazy Cookies is not liable if your package gets delayed.
- Unfortunately there is nothing we at Parker’s Crazy Cookies can do if weather delays a package. All we can guarantee is the day the package will go out.
- We are not responsible for packages delayed because of customer mistakes: incorrect address submitted, missing information on address submitted or invalid delivery date
- The customer is responsible for providing us a safe & secure location to deliver the package. Parker's Crazy Cookies is not liable if a customer request us to ship to a location where the package could be damage or stolen.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by our customer’s mailroom or receiving departments or reception desk.
- We never require a signature on any of our packages as the majority of our shipments are for special events where time sensitivity is an issue.
- If you are a Northern California customer please give us a call if you would like to arrange pick up. We are more than happy to refund your shipping minus a small handling/processing fee.
- We accept our customers shipping account number if they feel their rates are better then ours.
- For international orders, please contact our office for rates, duties & taxes and lead time.
- We do not ship out of our location on Saturday or Sunday.
- Orders ship out from our bakery between 10-2 every day.
