Artwork

Initial Artwork - We will have a rough draft for you in 24-48hrs after a usable photo is received
Proofs - We provide 1 initial proof & up to 3 revision drafts if needed
Revisions - All revision drafts will be delivered in 24hrs from requested

Lead Time

Processing time: We ask for 7 days from the time of the purchase to the shipping of the product.
PLUS add shipping time, which is usually one week for cross-country by Ground Shipping.

Shipping

We use UPS as our primary carrier and we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/AFO at this time.
On some occasions we can use shippers FedEx or UPS account number to save costs.
Lead time and prices vary depending on order size and shipping locations.
