- A $50 setup fee applies per unique design.

- Initial Artwork - We will have a rough draft for you in 24-48 hrs after a usable photo is received
- Proofs - We provide 1 initial proof & up to 3 revision drafts if needed
- Revisions - All revision drafts will be delivered in 24hrs from requested
Lead Time
- Processing time: We ask for 7 days from the time of the purchase to the shipping of the product

Shipping
- We use UPS as our primary carrier and we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/AFO at this time
- On some occasions we can use shippers FedEx or UPS account number to save costs

Wedding couple cookies start at $1.49/cookie. A typical 100-guest wedding (200 cookies) runs about $300-$400 depending on packaging. Both faces are on one cookie -- no extra charge for the couple design.
When should I order wedding or anniversary cookies?
As soon as you've set the date! You choose your ship date at checkout -- even months ahead. Cookies stay fresh 2-3 months, and ordering early locks in your spot and lets you focus on other wedding details.
Can you make cookies of both people as a couple?
Yes! Our wedding cookies feature both faces on one cookie. Select "Wedding Cookie" when ordering. Each cookie is 3x3 inches.
How are wedding cookie favors packaged?
Each cookie comes in an individual gift bag with your choice of 10 ribbon colors and a personalized sticker -- ready to set at each place setting or hand out as favors.
Can I order a sample before my big order?
Yes! Use the "Request a Sample" link in our footer to see the quality firsthand before committing to your full wedding order.
Our artists will combine the chosen body type with a person's face based on the pictures you provide. They are highly experienced and ensure every customer is satisfied. You can select the Custom Body option for a fully customized cookie shape and look. You can also use our Cookie Studio to experiment with different designs and photos and order the one you like.
