Product Details

Product specs (Sizes very depending on design)

  • People cookies are 3 X 1.8 X .25
  • Logo/Pet/Object cookies are 3 X 3 X .25

Notes: Each bag comes with a personalized label and is tied with your choice of 10 different ribbons. A $25 set up fee is applied to each design. Choose from one of our standard body type or customize the body for an additional $10.

Artwork

  • Initial Artwork - We will have a rough draft for you in 24-48hrs after a usable photo is received
  • Proofs - We provide 1 initial proof & up to 3 revision drafts if needed
  • Revisions - All revision drafts will be delivered in 24hrs from requested

Lead Time

  • Processing time: We ask for 5 days from the time of the purchase to the shipping of the product
  • In a rush? -Most times we can turn around the product much quicker. Give us a call and ask!

Shipping

  • We use Fedex as our primary carrier and we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/AFO at this time
  • On some occasions we can use shippers fedex or ups account number to save costs
  • Lead time and prices vary depending on order size and shipping locations
  • Please contact us if you have an international shipment as duties & taxes will apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I order the cookies ahead of time? Will the cookies stay fresh?

Yes! If a customer pre-orders their product we get started on their design work. However, we don't actually bake your cookies until the day the customer requests them shipped! So they stay nice and fresh.

What if the product doesn't look like me?

We will make sure you are satisfied. If you are not satisfied after your initial proof and 3 revisions, we can continue with an additional 3 proofs for $25 more.

What if the product breaks in shipping?

No chance! However on the rare occasion that a cookie breaks we always include a few extra cookies for our crazy cookie customers to show our appreciation.

What if I want to cancel the order after it is placed?

As long as you cancel it before the final art is approved we can refund up to 70% of the order. After the final art is approved unfortunately there are no refunds.
