What you need to Know

Note:Bags no longer come with a sticker label. If customers would like a custom label included on the bag, a $20 charge will be applied.

Product Details

Product specs (sizes vary depending on design)

  • Bags: 4-6 cookies per bag
  • All bags come as a assortment.Some bags contain more of one design then another

Lead Time

  • Processing Time:We ask for 3-4 days from the time of the purchase to the shipping of the product
  • In a rush?- Sometimes we can turn around the product quicker.Give us a call and ask!

Label

  • Initial Artwork-We will have a rough draft of your label for you in 24-48 hrs
  • Revisions-All revision drafts will be delivered in 24 hrs from requested

Shipping

  • We use Fedex as our primary carrier and we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/AFO at this time
  • On some occisions we can use shippers fedex or ups account number to save costs
  • Lead time and prices vary depending on order size and shipping locations
  • Please contact us if you have an international shipment as duties & taxes will apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I only want a few of the designs and not all of them?

Unfortunately our cookie collections are designed in away that if you order 1 you get them all!! If you want a separate collection we can do it but it would warrant a custom order.

What is the lead time for a Cookie Collection?

We ask for 3-4 days lead time. Sometimes we can turn them around quicker and other times we will need to ask for an additional day. However normally we are pretty quick!

What if I don't want to order 4 dozen? Can I order less?

We need our customers to commit to 4 dozen bags cookie bags of the same collection for it to work for us. All of our cookies are baked fresh though but there is a good amount of setup to run a collection.

Are there any discounts if we order 3 times as much as the minimum?

In order for us to discount the bags we would need a much larger commitment from the customer. However please give us a call and we would love to discuss it with you!
