"How does the whole process works?" is one of the many questions that we receive from new customers. Although it might seem difficult or confusing, the process is actually very easy.  To begin creating your custom cookies, please fill out our Custom Order Form. On the form, you will be able to select the cookie type, packaging type and body type. For instance, if you are ordering custom cookies for graduation favors, you will then select people as the cookie type, and Graduate for the body. Once we receive and process your order, we will then begin the design process. Generally we will have the initial rough draft within 24 - 48 hours after we process the order. For instance, this graduate's mom wanted to wow his graduation party guests with our crazy custom cookies. After we received her order and the picture, our Art Department got started on her son's artwork right away. This was the initial rough draft that we created using the picture she sent. However she felt that the likeness was off due to the resolution of the submitted picture. As a result, she sent us another picture of the graduate with a better resolution. She also requested to add MFHS on the cap and the honor cords around his neck. That is absolutely not a problem! Upon receiving the first revision, this graduate's mom approved it right away!! In fact, she thought the design was so adorable and was very excited to receive the graduation favors! Not only can our crazy cookies be used as favors, they can also be used as party invitation as well. If you order the cookies in gift wrapped bags, they also come with a custom label that goes to the back of each bag. The label will contain the name of the event, location and time! Neato!!
