Many customers will place an order with an idea in mind, like Brianna's mom who sent us a baby photo first. She was hoping to honor her daughter with Mommy embarrassment and loving cuteness. However she decided to change her mind after the first rough draft we sent her. Although, it was totally cute, it just wasn't what they were looking for. Brianna's graduation favors, as seen above, were designed over the course of 4 photos and plenty of communication.
