Amazing

I ordered the custom cookies as a surprise for my husband's 40th birthday. Not only do the cookies taste great, but they look exactly like him. He was blown away by the cookies, as were our party guests. Not only did the cookies arrived on time, they were fresh and none were broken, which is amazing considering they were shipped across the country. I received great customer service as well. I would highly recommend ordering from Parker's Crazy Cookies.

The entire experience with ordering the cookies, selecting the right package for me, and all questions that I had were handled with personal care and professionalism. Our cookies were delivered this morning, and we are super excited!

Perfect!

We just got our cookies today and they are just perfect. Not only was the staff extremely helpful in making sure the design was exactly what we wanted, but they also allowed us to customize our stickers, giving that extra personal touch to these soon-to-be-loved wedding favors. We can't wait for our guests to see them!

Our cookies were an AMAZING touch for our wedding! We wanted a wedding favor that was personalized and special, and these cookies were perfect! They looked just like us (and our dogs!) and they were a hit at the wedding!

Cookies awesome!! FedEx Delivery EPIC FAIL

Out for delivery on the day promised - so excited to take to my husband's 50th b'day party that evening!!! However, I get an alert from Fed Ex that the 20+ years old address was invalid. Fortunately my nephew who works with Fed Ex was able to alert the driver that this is, in fact, a very viable address. Found out later that the driver was on the next road over and were not delivered. My nephew held the cookies and brought them to me the NEXT day.... I have nothing but praise for the cookies - those that were able to see them were very impressed. I will order again but have lost all faith in Fed Ex. I immediately contacted Fed Ex to resolve this but I have now received a nice letter stating they declined my claim - after all, I received my shipment... Hopefully Parker's will see this review and give Fed Ex a little piece of their mind as well.
