Happy bride+groom+pups!

Our cookies were an AMAZING touch for our wedding! We wanted a wedding favor that was personalized and special, and these cookies were perfect! They looked just like us (and our dogs!) and they were a hit at the wedding!

Cookies awesome!! FedEx Delivery EPIC FAIL

Out for delivery on the day promised - so excited to take to my husband's 50th b'day party that evening!!! However, I get an alert from Fed Ex that the 20+ years old address was invalid. Fortunately my nephew who works with Fed Ex was able to alert the driver that this is, in fact, a very viable address. Found out later that the driver was on the next road over and were not delivered. My nephew held the cookies and brought them to me the NEXT day.... I have nothing but praise for the cookies - those that were able to see them were very impressed. I will order again but have lost all faith in Fed Ex. I immediately contacted Fed Ex to resolve this but I have now received a nice letter stating they declined my claim - after all, I received my shipment... Hopefully Parker's will see this review and give Fed Ex a little piece of their mind as well.

Amazing cookies, great customer service

I ordered these cookies as favors for my sister's bridal shower. They turned out amazing and delicious! They worked with me to create the perfect custom cookie and were responsive and helpful. I was curious to see how they arrived considering they had to travel across the country but not a broken cookie and many extra cookies were included just in case. Our guests loved them and kept saying how original they are. Will definitely order again and tell everyone about Parker's Crazy Cookies!

The BEST service and product

I couldn't be happier with the cookies that we ordered for my Dads 65th birthday. They were the HIT of the party!! The quality was great, the taste of the cookie was great, and the customer service I received during the order process was beyond great. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an amazing addition to any celebration!

liked the design, but may i suggest that you design more cookies to fit the nationality of the people, etc, Afro-american, Hispanic, other than the Caucasian look. i know you do design from pictures sent in, but pic had that Caucasian look to it, although I am Afro-american. had to put original pic beside cookie pic to show the similarity.
