From the initial order to the proofing to the delivery - everything was flawless. There are very few companies out there who offer such great quality and customer service to go with it. The cookies are spot-on my father-in-law, and I think he's really going to get a kick out of them! I ordered cookies as favors for my grandson's second birthday party. The cookies arrived in tact, ahead of time and packaged so that all arrived safely. They taste delicious!
