While smaller than imagined, the cookies are adorable. Parker's has responsive, timely customer service. Will definitely consider for future retirement ceremonies.

Hit at the party

Thanks for sending a proof with options. Thanks for keeping me informed of delivery. Cute that you notified me when they arrived! Guests were surprised to see the cookie image and they taste good!! So much fun at the party!!!

Shipping issue but good cookies

Overall, we were pretty pleased with the product. We ordered a set of male Santa hat cookies and set of female Santa hat cookies. Problem during transit, box arrived within approx 5inch hole in box, upon inspection found several cookies broken. Haven’t checked them all all just yet, but there’s at least 13 broken cookies of the “female” ones. Disappointed in shipping process. But cookies taste good.
