90th birthday cookies

Received the cookies yesterday . Got extremely nervous because the box was pretty beat up even though it said FRAGILE!
Opened it up in a panic and every single bag of three cookies to a bag -total of fifty bags were perfect!
Your staff has been nothing but professional and helpful thru the whole process!

I came across this website on pinterest! After reading the reviews and seeing some of the other cookies they made I had to order them for my brothers upcoming surprise party! Safe to say their are absolutely amazing!!!

Delivery Issue

Hi, this review is about Parker's customer service as I have not received my cookie samples but at no fault to them. FedEx states my package was delivered to my door but I never received it. I called Parker's and they immediately fixed the situation by offering to mail me another sample to a different address. I spoke to Angie and her customer service was top notch. I look forward to receiving my samples and I will be writing another review once I eat them! Thanks
