60TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

My order just arrived and I couldn't wait to open them. They look even better and bigger in person! They were packaged in individual party/favor bags just as I had pictured them to be and are adorable! While I have yet to sample one, they look tasty and smell good! And, the folks at Parker's Crazy Cookies were so delightful to work with! It was a complete easy and fun experience. I will definitely use them again! Awesome! Go Parker's! You rock!

Amazing

I ordered the custom cookies as a surprise for my husband's 40th birthday. Not only do the cookies taste great, but they look exactly like him. He was blown away by the cookies, as were our party guests. Not only did the cookies arrived on time, they were fresh and none were broken, which is amazing considering they were shipped across the country. I received great customer service as well. I would highly recommend ordering from Parker's Crazy Cookies.

We just got our cookies today and they are just perfect. Not only was the staff extremely helpful in making sure the design was exactly what we wanted, but they also allowed us to customize our stickers, giving that extra personal touch to these soon-to-be-loved wedding favors. Cookies awesome!! FedEx Delivery EPIC FAIL

Out for delivery on the day promised - so excited to take to my husband's 50th b'day party that evening!!! However, I get an alert from Fed Ex that the 20+ years old address was invalid. Fortunately my nephew who works with Fed Ex was able to alert the driver that this is, in fact, a very viable address. Found out later that the driver was on the next road over and were not delivered. My nephew held the cookies and brought them to me the NEXT day.... I have nothing but praise for the cookies - those that were able to see them were very impressed. I will order again but have lost all faith in Fed Ex. I immediately contacted Fed Ex to resolve this but I have now received a nice letter stating they declined my claim - after all, I received my shipment... Hopefully Parker's will see this review and give Fed Ex a little piece of their mind as well.

Amazing cookies, great customer service

I ordered these cookies as favors for my sister's bridal shower. They turned out amazing and delicious! They worked with me to create the perfect custom cookie and were responsive and helpful. I was curious to see how they arrived considering they had to travel across the country but not a broken cookie and many extra cookies were included just in case. Our guests loved them and kept saying how original they are. Will definitely order again and tell everyone about Parker's Crazy Cookies!

liked the design, but may i suggest that you design more cookies to fit the nationality of the people, etc, Afro-american, Hispanic, other than the Caucasian look. i know you do design from pictures sent in, but pic had that Caucasian look to it, although I am Afro-american. had to put original pic beside cookie pic to show the similarity.

Graduation Cookies

This is the second time that I have ordered cookies for one of my children's graduations. I would not be a returning customer if I had not been completely satisfied. The artists are excellent and so willing to work to get the drawing just the way I wanted it. The cookies are extremely well packaged to avoid breakage, yet Parker's Cookies sent me 43 EXTRA cookies, just in case! (Great and Generous Customer Service!) And, of course, the cookies are adorable and yummy! Lots of compliments from our guests! I have three more children who have yet to graduate, so there is no doubt that I will be ordering cookies again (and again and again).

Cookies looked GREAT! They arrived 100% intact without a single broken cookie and arrived before the requested date. The company was super responsive and very easy to work with! The only thing I think needs improvement is the taste...they were good but definitely not the best cookie I've ever had. Not super crispy and not as buttery and sugary as I was expecting. But all around I'd still give 5 stars!

We received our order today. When I opened the box, I couldn't stop laughing - The cookies were incredible! They look just like the man-of-the-hour. Adorable cookies. The team at Parker's Crazy Cookies was a pleasure to work with. Fast and prompt communication. I knew it would take a week in transit for them to get from California to Long Island. We adjusted a ship date and they arrived right on time. Packaging was well done also. No broken cookies. I ordered bulk and will be packaging myself for the tables. Definitely will use them again.

My husband's 65th. Birthday & Retirement Party

I ordered the cookies for my husband's retirement party but decided to debut them for family on his birthday. We made reservations at a restaurant and had them brought to the table for dessert. 50th Birthday Cookies

These were for my husband's 50th birthday party. After I showed my husband and he thought they were pretty cool, I went to the website only to find that I had missed the cut-off day to order so they would be here in time. I called Parker's and asked if it would still be possible to get them within 2 weeks. I was told Yes - if I ordered and had them express shipped. I sent a photo, they sent me the design, I ok'd it and the cookies were made, shipped and received 3 days before the party. Everyone LOVED them and asked where I found such a great idea. I also posted a picture of the cookies on Facebook - where even more people "liked" them. My husband took cookies of himself to work and put them in the breakroom. Everyone knew who the cookies were from and his coworkers thought they were awesome as well. Parker's cookies were a huge hit!!

Graduation

First off, the customer service is excellent! They were very easy to work with, wanted to make sure I was happy, and even sent 18 extra cookies although none were chipped in the first place! I was a little disappointed that the cookie did not match the proof 100%. A few of them came a little too toasted as well. They describe the taste exactly right-- just like animal crackers-- so I had to make a dessert dip for more flavor. Overall, my guests thought the cookies were adorable, but if I have to pay so much money for the minimum 150 cookies, I would have liked a little more flavor and better matched design!

High School Grad

Absolutely LOVED the cookie of our son for his high school graduation! The artistry of the cookie was beyond my expectation and will be such special treat for those who attended his party. LOVED that they could personalize it to include his wheelchair.... and they arrived with no extra cookie pieces. Fire Department Retirement

These cookies was such a HUGE hit!! I handed some of the cookies out before the party to friends and without saying anything they all said "it's Chip!" At the party I set them up as a part of the centerpieces. I had so many people ask where they could get them too, I'd be surprised if you don't get any other orders from Lake Havasu because of our order. Most people really liked the taste too, they taste like animal crackers.

Great Party Favor!

I ordered the custom cookie for my great-aunt's 100th birthday party. It was lots of fun to see the guests expression as they realized the favors were more than just cookies. Lots of them asked where I found cookies that looked like her. It added an extra element of uniqueness to a very special celebration.
The people at Parker's Crazy Cookies were very helpful any time I called or emailed with a question. They did a great job editing the cookie draft to get it to look just as I had imagined.

Fabulous experience, start to finish!

The online ordering was easy, the design team was in quick and frequent contact with me (and quickly made my few suggested changes; lowering the eyebrows and tilting the head), and the cookies came sooner than expected. They were packaged in peanut wrapping and then placed in another other box, for extra safety. My guy loved himself in a Yankees hat, and everyone at his 50th birthday party did too! THANK YOU!

P.S. The cookies won't WOW you in taste, but I read the ingredients and was glad there wasn't any high fructose corn syrup or other crummy stuff added in. A big plus! I ordered these more for the "novelty" than anything else and am SO GLAD I did!

These were PERFECT for our wedding. They are so unique and everyone couldn't believe how they looked just like our photo. 70 Birthday Party

Oh My Gosh!! These were such a hit! My mother turned 70 and we held a surprise party for her, she loves wine so we picked her face on the body holding a wine bottle! They turned out so great! Not everyone knew each other at the party so these were a great conversation piece too! And we didn't have the mess of cutting cake! Novel Idea that was Loved by many

I ordered these cookies as a favor gift for guests attending my mother's 90th birthday party. From start to finish, this was a 5 star experience. I needed the cookies on rather short notice, at holiday time, and called the company to confirm I could receive the order in time for the party. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and promised my order would be completed on time, as long as there weren't too many revisions to the artwork. Ordering on the website was easy-peasy and with just a few steps, I was on my way to what I knew would be a big hit at the party. I only had one small request as a change to the artwork and it was handled in a friendly, efficient manner. The cookies were shipped to a friend's house, as I was out of town at the time of arrival (well ahead of the promised date, even with holiday shipping/mailing closures) and my friend couldn't resist opening the package to view the cookies. Her comments were "absolutely hilarious" and "so damn cute". The cookies were shipped and arrived in great condition. The response to the cookies has been overwhelming - people are so excited to receive them and my Mom was flattered by the artwork. Great job all around Parkers Crazy Cookies! I have already recommended your website to many people and I am planning to give some cookies as a wedding present to a friend in the future.

We ordered cookies for my Grandfather's 90th birthday, from the very first interaction with the Parker's website, I knew our customer service experience would be bar none. Every before we decided to order, every question we had was clearly answered on the website. Once we decided to order, each step of the ordering process was seamless, Parker's was quick with the mock-up, made corrections we asked for in minutes. To say the final product was beyond expectations is to put it mildly. Our cookies arrived in perfect shape, were a spot-on match to our Papa's likeness, and they tasted delicious. We ordered these for our outreach marketing program. The cookies are tasty and looked great. Our logos have small lettering and details and they were easy to read and the logo was recognizable. Only one or two cookies were broken, but we had plenty of extras.

Hate to sound like the other phenomenal reviews, but I ordered these for my boyfriend's 30th birthday party. A Retirement Hit!

I ordered these a couple months in advance for a huge retirement party--the guest of honor is a really fun guy and I could so easily picture him on one of these cookies. I first found the idea on Pinterest while searching for "retirement party decorations". Everyone LOVED them--couldn't get enough of them. They had never seen anything like it. I definitely recommend. They were great and very easy to work with and arrived exactly when promised.

LOVED our custom birthday cookies!

These cookies were a hit with all of our guests! So many of our friends wanted to know where we got them from, and we were more than happy to spread the love. The ordering experience was super-fun, and we made a framed sign out of the final sketch to display alongside the plated cookies. Most importantly, our little 1-year-old birthday dragon thought her cookies were delish. She munched on them all afternoon, as did many of the other little babies!

I couldn't imagine how they could make a cookie look like my mother but wanted to try as it was a new and different and unique way to have favors for the guests. Not only was her 90th birthday party a huge success but EVERYONE was talking about the cookies. They looked just like her and they are very GOOD as well. A great marketing tool

I discovered Parker's about 2 years ago in the Food Network Magazine. I thought this would be a clever idea for a Holiday gift for my business. I sent a picture and was amazed and delighted with what they did with it. The cookies were a hit. Peter suggested I start keep a box in my office with them for my client to enjoy. Now when there are no cookies in the box people write notes!
Recently we sent another picture of our dog and the work was just as good. I have told everyone I know how amazing and fun these cookies are.

I just had Parker's Crazy Cookies create some cookies for my daughter's wedding. They were a wonderful company to work with and the cookies were a terrific hit! I had many guests ask for the website and everyone thought that the cookies were adorable. Dave was nice enough to send me some cookies in advance of ordering them so that I could taste them and get an idea of the quality. They taste like a yummy animal cracker. Then I sent in the photograph (about a month or so before the wedding) and they created a sketch of the cookie for my review. I asked for a couple of revisions and those were made immediately. I could not ask for better customer service. They even sent extra cookies so that I can now send them to relatives who could not make it to the wedding. Thanks for everything!

You guys should be getting some serious business from the people who attended my mom's retirement party. They didn't stop talking about the cookies all afternoon!!

I ordered the cookies a month out and you were extremely responsive to my emails asking them to change one thing or another (I was probably nit-picky). But the resulting picture of my mom was spot on! We ordered the cookies in bulk and bagged them ourselves. I was super impressed with how they shipped - double packed in peanuts and two boxes. A few were broken around the edges, but I expected that. They're cookies!! While we were putting them in their individual treat bags, we found two that weren't my mom - and while normally that would make me take off a star, we thought it was hilarious and named this woman Gladys. She was obviously celebrating her 90th birthday (she was holding a 90) and the thought of my mom's cookie in someone else's batch made us laugh even harder. After reading some of the other reviews, I think we got Nancy B.'s mom in our batch! Still hilarious!!

We ordered Parker's cookies for our wedding favors and we couldn't have been happier! Parker's was so easy to work with from start to finish and made the whole process so easy. We emailed them a couple of photos and they made the most adorable bride and groom in our favorite team's jerseys. When my cookie needed a little tweaking they did so quickly and without hassle. Once the cookies were all approved and ready to go they shipped them in the best packaging I have ever seen. Out of 600+ cookies there were maybe 3 that were broken. Pretty amazing!! These cookies were a highlight at my dad's retirement party. David Parker was so helpful over the phone and quick to respond to my emails getting everything perfect for our rush delivery (found these cookies last minute) from California to South Florida. Arrived on time and not one cookie was broken (we ordered 150, I think). The cookie character was a riot. It captured my dad perfectly from his love of photography to a pencil behind his ear to his glasses and beard to (the creme de la creme) his physics "gang" symbol on his hand - (he retired from teaching math and physics) - a hand gesture indicating "go with the flow". Incredible Customer Service

I placed an order online for a wedding rehearsal dinner favor. I thought it would be cute to have cookies made of the bride and groom. I made an error in calculating the type of cookie needed. When I realized the price would double, I cancelled the order. Dave immediately called and emailed me. He wanted to know why I cancelled and if there was something he could do to help. I explained what I had done and he was able able to work with me to create a custom cookie within my budget. They came out great!!!

I ordered individual bags of cookies for my husbands 50th surprise party and it was the best "goodie bag" ever for the guests. I handed them out at the end of the party as a highlight and everyone was amazed by the idea. Awesome!

What do you get a creative mind who's celebrating 20 years of designing? Parker's Crazy Cookies!!! When my cousin announced that he was having a party to celebrate 20 years in business, we started to think of a gift we could give him. The problem was that his company designs tees & he along with many ofnhisnfriends are super creative & gifted artist. So we struggled with ideas for a few months then I remembered seeing a newspaper article about these personalized cookies. I finally found it in a stack of party ideas & recipes & sent in a request! 60 th wedding anniversary cookies the Life of the party !!!

I ordered these cookies for my in laws-to -be for their 60th wedding anniversary. We planned a 4 day trip to San Francisco from Canada for our summer holiday and thought how bout we have them delivered to our hotel and we will take them home on the plane with us.
Dave was sooo great with accommodating our short time frame, and assured us they would be ready.
When I received a text saying they were on their way, we anxiously sat waiting in the lobby for their arrival. Low and behold , it was Dave himself, personally delivering our order!!!! How cool is that!!!!!
The cookies were just finished being packaged. How fresh is that !!! Wow!! Some extra cookies to munch on we were tickled beyond belief of how they turned out and how great they taste!
We took turns babysitting them all the way home and to the event. They were a huge hit !!! Thankyou so very much Dave for going the extra mile, you helped make a special day , even more special.!

PERFECT favor for 5th Birthday!

I was trying to plan my daughter's 5th birthday and was thinking of a creative way to have something to really remember her special day with. When my co-worker showed me this website, I knew I had to have these cookies and that was the best decision! Dave was the most pleasant person to work with. I am incredibly indecisive and kept asking him to revise the cookie rough drafts. In the end, I couldnt have been happier. I ordered the bags of 5 cookies with the custom label. They were ADORABLE! Everyone was shocked when I began to distribute them at her party. And the best part was that they are DELICIOUS!!! I honestly didnt know what to expect on taste but they were buttery and flavorful.I submitted my order late and Dave assured me that I would have them on time for my party even considering the holiday falling during the same week..I actually received them a day earlier than originally expected. I really cannot thank Dave and his team enough for such an outstanding job. I couldnt have been happier and my daughter was shocked when she looked at the cookie and saw her face! The cookies were a hit. We used them as wedding favors at our wedding. Everyone loved them. They were so cute and yummy! Weezer, our dog, turned out awesome. People were so impressed and were asking me where I had got the idea and cookies from. It was as easy as doing a google search. I searched for customized cookies and Dave's site came up. All the other customized cookie websites just didn't cut it for me. But, Dave's creations did and his business is a local business so I definitely wanted to support it. Dave was really accommodating. He sent me samples before I put my order in to make sure I'd like how they tasted and he sent proofs of all his designs and made whatever tweaks I requested.

These came out great and really such a creative and cute idea for gifts and favors.

A friend gave these cookies out as party favors for their child's party... WHAT A GREAT IDEA and such a hit with everyone in attendance. To the creators... awesome job on ALL of the details and they were also very tasty! To preserve the cookies we put them in a food saver bag with a covered piece of chipboard to keep it from cracking... hope it lasts forever!

Best thing ever and super great shipping

I saw this site and thought i wonder if this will work. Well, i sent in two pics of my kids and dave and the team were able to make cookies that looked just like them and put santa hats with their names on them. I was amazed. They also shipped them to the east coast quickly and every cookie arrived in tact - best shipping packaging ever without any extra cost. I was blown away when i opened the box - and they tasted great - and lasted long. Everyone loved them. The way they were packaged in little bags with ribbon and a personalized sticker were great too. They were so good i ordered another batch for a corporate function with another design the team helped with and they were just as great. amazing!

The best type of original gift!!

My husband loves being in the Army AND his uniform. With Dave's help in getting the right shot, I got a picture of Jeff just right. I fell out when I saw the draft-right down to Jeff's glasses!!
When my husband saw himself 'cookied', he just couldn't believe it! He laughed so hard and that was just one bag. He didn't know what to saw when he saw all the rest of his little him sitting on the table. He told everyone and took plenty to work. They loved them, too.
I told my daughter I would do the same to her and she balked. So Dave WILL be hearing from me again in the summer in preparation for HER birthday in September!

FUN Cookies and GREAT Customer Service

It was so much fun working with Dave to create my son Alex's graduation cookies complete with cap and gown.
They were shipped all the way up to Walla Walla, WA for Whitman College's graduation ceremony on time and in perfect condition.
