In a rush and they did it

I saw these cookies at a 50th birthday party on Saturday, 11/12 a week ago and thought it was the greatest idea. My Husbands Surprise 50th tonight. I thought it would be impossible to get in time. I called the next day and they were so accommodating. Not only did I receive the most adorable cookies, but received them in 5 days from California. I'm in NY. I had to of course pay high shipping fees but was completely acceptable providing I just ordered. I can't wait for my guests to see them tonight. My Daughter and I wrapped each one and put nice ribbon around. Thank you for pulling through.

I ordered cookies for my brother's 65th birthday party!!! They were a huge hit ! I just ordered 150 customs cookies to look like my 90 year old grandfather. I won't say the cookies looked just like him, but they were close. I was amazed by how quickly someone contacted me after I placed my order and how easy it was to make changes to the cookie design. I would ask for changes and sometime within a few hours, I would have another comp. The cookies shipped and arrived very promptly as well, plus they taste good. Parker's Crazy Cookies has a bit of a confusing website, but after speaking with several individuals via phone and email, they made the ordering process seamless! They successfully created a cookie prototype of one of our doctors on the first draft and they arrived a few days before we even needed them. I somehow stumbled upon this website and thought the cookies were adorable! I had never seen anything look so close to the actual photo!

I couldn't resist ordering these cookies for my grandson's graduation. The whole process was easy and enjoyable. I loved helping to design my cookie's details and I could not wait to see it on day of delivery. The company sent extras in case of damage (which there was none) and I absolutely loved the finished product. I did add lollipop sticks to the backs with royal icing so I could stand them in a lollipop tree as a center attraction on the dessert table. I highly recommend this company.

I had these cookies for my daughters birthday party today and they were a big hit from her friends to family members. They were so awed by the cookie that I started passing out the extra business cards that came along with my order and the rest I just had to write on a piece of paper for them. Good idea to give extras in the order since I had about 8 cookies that were broken but thanks to the extras given I was able to give them out to the rest of the guests.

Hi, this review is about Parker's customer service as I have not received my cookie samples but at no fault to them. FedEx states my package was delivered to my door but I never received it. I called Parker's and they immediately fixed the situation by offering to mail me another sample to a different address. I spoke to Angie and her customer service was top notch. The resemblance was uncanny and they are such a unique (and delicious) product - we all had a great laugh! Also the staff was wonderful to work with over the phone - I waited a bit too long to place the order and wasn't sure they could be shipped in time but they told me exactly what day they would arrive and they did - even with the Blizzard of 2016 while they were in transit. Bat Mitzvah cookies

The cookies came out great! They were a big hit with my daughter's friends. They arrived with only 3-4 broken and there were definitely extras in the bag, so the breakage wasn't a problem. He's turning 50

I wanted something different for my husband's 50th to give out as favors. I found parker's cookies. So many choices. His birthday theme is ugly Hawaiian shirt. I recieved 155 cookies of a little man who looks like my hubby wearing a Hawaiian shirt. I love the presentation with the labels and ribbons. I literally bit my hubby's head off, it as yummy.
I will definitely order again.

I had seen the cookies on Pintrest and just had to have them for my husbands retirement party. Like always I procrastinate to place my order. The process was so easy to navigate through. These are fantastic! I was so excited when I received the proofs and even more when we got the actual cookies. The customer service is great - the proofs came very quickly and when we had a slight issue with the shipping, I sent an email and got a phone call back almost immediately. I wish their cookies were priced a little more reasonably so I could order them all the time, but they are well worth it for a personalized addition to a special occasion. We are using them as favors for our wedding and I can't wait to share them with our guests!

Ordered a bride and groom for part of my daughter's wedding favors and it was a surprise to her. She really liked them but we both agreed that hers looked just like her and her grooms was not as accurate. I showed her the drawing that we received and we both agreed that the drawing looked a lot more like him than the cookie because I guess the cookie expands when it bakes so his mouth looked a lot bigger and his face got a lot wider. (He is very thin) But all in all we really liked them and they came on time, the communication with the company was excellent and none of the cookies were broken! Thank you!
