Best ever cookie

I ordered cookies for my brother's 65th birthday party!!! They were a huge hit ! It was a surprise to him and he couldn't stop laughing! everyone was making jokes and talking about different parts of the cookie!!! In a rush and they did it

I saw these cookies at a 50th birthday party on Saturday, 11/12 a week ago and thought it was the greatest idea. My Husbands Surprise 50th tonight. I thought it would be impossible to get in time. I called the next day and they were so accommodating. Not only did I receive the most adorable cookies, but received them in 5 days from California. I'm in NY. I had to of course pay high shipping fees but was completely acceptable providing I just ordered. I can't wait for my guests to see them tonight. I ordered 150 Cookies for my Grandma's 80th birthday and they were a huge hit! I ordered the cookies on the Tuesday before her party (which was on a Sunday) and Parker's was able to work with me and deliver them on time at a reasonable expedited shipping rate. Exceptional Company

The customer service was beyond a 10 and the response turnaround was the fastest I've ever experience. The cookies arrived damaged free, fresh and looked exactly like my little guy! They even sent a few extra in case of any damaged cookies, but the care and packaging didn't allow for that. My only complaint was that some weren't perfectly cut through but again with the extra they made up for it, can't wait to give them out to our guest for our son's first birthday party this Saturday. Oh btw warning when you open the box the amazimg smell of cookies that came out seriously was delicious I don't know how I didn't eat them....

I received my order over the weekend. I could not be more pleased with the order process and the cookies themselves. A Big Hit for 75th birthday

Ordered these for my dad's 75th birthday and the process was seamless. My mom and I enjoyed sampling the cookies as we bagged them for favors. Everyone was so surprised to see my dad's face on the cookie. It took our celebration over the top and most importantly, it made my dad very happy.

Ordering online: so, so easy.
Designing the cookie with PCC's representative: not only easy but also FUN!! They were so kind and easy to work with even after my multiple different ideas for the facial features and what not. I even completely changed the photo at one point and they were cool with it!
Delivery: NOT A SINGLE BROKEN COOKIE FROM CALIFORNIA TO NEW YORK. ...oh and exactly on time too.
Actual cookie: looked liked the photo/my brother-in-law, tasted delicious according to even the pickiest folks, and was a decent sized cookie
The concept: I bought these for the morning of my sister's wedding but ended up bring some to the rehearsal dinner and also on the limo. They were such a huge hit. I would recommend them to anyone for any occasion.

I chose Parker's Crazy Cookies as the party favor for my Uncle's 80th birthday -- working with the design team was so easy! We had a final draft done in just days, with the artist effectively making requested tweaks quickly which resulted in a cookie that truly looked just like my Uncle! Cookies arrived well packed -- not one broken cookie! I then packaged each of the cookies myself in individual cellophane bags and ribbon - they turned out so cute! Party guests were tickled and amazed at this unique cookie, and my Uncle was so happy! The whole process was so easy yet the end product had big impact. The greatest experience AND even better project

I am not one to do reviews but I must give credit where due! The service was Amazing starting from the service department painstakingly helping me calculate the number of cookies needed and the exact cost.

Found this company from a Pinterest add, was a little leery about placing an order, especially after seeing the price. I found Parker Crazy Cookies on Pinterest with a little more than a week before my husband’s surprise 50th birthday party. I didn’t know if I would get the cookies before the party but I filled out the order form anyway. I stated this was a rush and the Parker Cookie Team replied immediately stating they were working on the render. I was exceptionally pleasantly surprised how quickly they rendered My husband’s face. Once I agreed on how the cookie was going to look, Parker’s cookie team got to work AND saved me on shipping.

When the package arrived, I immediately opened the box to see and taste the cookies. OMG! I loved the look and the taste. They were the party favor that no one expected! They were a hit!

I happened to do a Google search for a personalized cookie and am so thankful I came across Parker's Crazy Cookies! They are an amazing company to work with. I had to send in a few different artworks and they responded so quickly with what my product would look like from the first face cookie to the final company logo with a different shape. They kept in touch with me throughout the whole process too. I just got my order in today and was so impressed with the packaging. Double boxed with Styrofoam corners, bubble wrap, packing peanuts......they had it all so my order would not be damaged. Then once I got through the fabulous packaging the smell of the cookies came to me and my mouth started watering! My design came out perfectly, the size was just right and the flavor was as they said....like animal crackers which I really like! When I heard my friend Barbara was retiring I wanted to do something special and didn’t know what so I went online to see what was unique out there and I found Parker‘s crazy cookies and I thought this was a great idea I was confused about some things but wanted to place an order so I placed the order and in the comment box I said I needed it in a short amount of time. I have to placed the order I was uploading the picture before I uploaded the picture someone was calling me from the company as I was looking for a picture to upload they wanted to know when did I need the cookies and I told them I uploaded the picture they did the draft they return the draft to me within an hour and by that evening they were working on production. Oh my goodness that is what I call fantastic customer service. (I thought Chick-fil-A had great customer service Chick-fil-A watch out ) They kept in touch with me every step of the way when the cookies were baking when the cookies were preparing to ship when the cookies had shipped and the new the cookies were on my doorstep before I did and sent me an email saying the cookies Had been delivered and I was home. This was incredible customer service the cookies looks and taste phenomenal and they looks just like my friend job well done keep up the good work.

This is my second review the first one disappeared I don’t know what happened but for me to write a second review these cookies have to be awesome a friend of mine had retired and I wanted to do something special for her so I went online and I found Parker‘s crazy cookies I made an order and I put a note in the remarks saying that I need the cookies in a short amount of time before I could upload the picture at the end of the order someone was on the phone calling me asking me when did I need the cookies and before I got off the phone I had uploaded the picture they drew the picture up send me a proof I approved it and by that evening cookies were in production.
