I received my order today and they have exceeded my expectations! I couldn't wait to see what my daughter's Sweet 16 cookie would look like and I was just beyond thrilled with the results. Received my cookies today and they are great! The company was so easy to work with through the design process and I am beyond pleased with the finished product.

Frosting idea....

I ordered these for a graduation party. I frosted the pack of some of the cookies and sprinkled with colored sugars in the school colors, once the frosting was dry I was able to flip them over so the design showed. I also dipped the back of sone of them in chocolate. They are tasty on their own, but just wanted to add some fun to them!

An absolute hit

Every one of my son's guests at his graduation party loved these cookies. The cookie looked exactly like a caricature of him. They got such a kick out of them. My son saw the cookies after most of the guests did and the smile and laugh he gave me will stay with me always. 60TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

My order just arrived and I couldn't wait to open them. They look even better and bigger in person! They were packaged in individual party/favor bags just as I had pictured them to be and are adorable! While I have yet to sample one, they look tasty and smell good! Cookies awesome!! FedEx Delivery EPIC FAIL

Out for delivery on the day promised - so excited to take to my husband's 50th b'day party that evening!!! However, I get an alert from Fed Ex that the 20+ years old address was invalid. Fortunately my nephew who works with Fed Ex was able to alert the driver that this is, in fact, a very viable address. Found out later that the driver was on the next road over and were not delivered. My nephew held the cookies and brought them to me the NEXT day.... I have nothing but praise for the cookies - those that were able to see them were very impressed. I will order again but have lost all faith in Fed Ex. I immediately contacted Fed Ex to resolve this but I have now received a nice letter stating they declined my claim - after all, I received my shipment... Hopefully Parker's will see this review and give Fed Ex a little piece of their mind as well.

Unbelievably Perfect Favor

First of all I want to tell everyone how wonderful your company is to work with. They are so friendly and seem to truly love what they do which is so rare in our world today! They were incredibly fast at getting a sketch back to approve of the future bride and groom and were able to give me a back, ship, and receive date with my approval of the artwork. We even received the cookies a day earlier than expected! Very few were broken and extras were sent to replace those! Our children are amazed at how much the cookies look like them! We will be giving them as favors at the rehearsal dinner and wedding! Thanks so much for a GREAT job on our cookies!!! We have been giving rave reviews to all our friends!!

Great Serrvice

We ordered custom cookies to celebrate our grandson's first birthday. Two weeks before the event we learned that many more people would be attending so we called back to Parker's and they were able to re-run the original order and delivery another batch in time for the party. Graduation

First off, the customer service is excellent! They were very easy to work with, wanted to make sure I was happy, and even sent 18 extra cookies although none were chipped in the first place! I was a little disappointed that the cookie did not match the proof 100%. A few of them came a little too toasted as well. They describe the taste exactly right-- just like animal crackers-- so I had to make a dessert dip for more flavor. Overall, my guests thought the cookies were adorable, but if I have to pay so much money for the minimum 150 cookies, I would have liked a little more flavor and better matched design!

I ordered the sampler so that I could see the detail of the 3D images. WOW! The detail of the image is awesome. Cookie is flavorful and tastes like an animal cracker.

A Fun Surprise!

My daughter and her friends had a girls' weekend away to celebrate her 50th birthday. I was trying to figure out something unique that I could send as a surprise, and I came across an ad for Parker's Crazy Cookies. I called one of her friends who agreed to take the cookies and put them at each place at the restaurant where they had the birthday dinner, and they were a hit--the group even sent me a video from the restaurant!! Beyond all that, the guys at Parker's were so much fun to talk with, both by phone when I had a question and via e-mail. I'm a fan.

Received the cookies for my sons graduation party today and they look fabulous. Parker’s Crazy Cookies customer service is wonderful. They responded almost instantly to my emails. When I was nervous about the date the would arrive they emailed me saying they would ship them a few days earlier to make sure they arrived before the party. Would definitely recommend them

These cookies were the talk of the party! Several people came up to me asking where to buy these! One girl wants to have them as party favors for her wedding! I loved the way they looked with all of the details but at the end of the party when I finally walked by and threw one in my mouth I couldn’t believe how delicious they were! This is a fun and unique idea. I used it as a gag Christmas gift to all my family members. They will open a cookie tin up and see me looking at them. I ordered cookies for my son’s first birthday three years ago and again this year for my daughters first birthday because I had such a wonderful experience. Delivery Issue

Hi, this review is about Parker's customer service as I have not received my cookie samples but at no fault to them. FedEx states my package was delivered to my door but I never received it. I called Parker's and they immediately fixed the situation by offering to mail me another sample to a different address. I spoke to Angie and her customer service was top notch. I look forward to receiving my samples and I will be writing another review once I eat them! Thanks

Great favors!

Ordered a bride and groom for part of my daughter's wedding favors and it was a surprise to her. She really liked them but we both agreed that hers looked just like her and her grooms was not as accurate. I showed her the drawing that we received and we both agreed that the drawing looked a lot more like him than the cookie because I guess the cookie expands when it bakes so his mouth looked a lot bigger and his face got a lot wider. (He is very thin) But all in all we really liked them and they came on time, the communication with the company was excellent and none of the cookies were broken! Thank you!

Shipping issue but good cookies

Overall, we were pretty pleased with the product. We ordered a set of male Santa hat cookies and set of female Santa hat cookies. Problem during transit, box arrived within approx 5inch hole in box, upon inspection found several cookies broken. Haven’t checked them all all just yet, but there’s at least 13 broken cookies of the “female” ones. Disappointed in shipping process. But cookies taste good.

These cookies were a big hit at our granddaughter's graduation party. I ordered in bulk and bagged them with school color ribbons. They were well packaged and arrived in record time. There were only 2 broken, but Parkers sent 40 extras, so no problems there. They taste much like animal crackers, could use a little extra flavor. The likeness of my granddaughter was good. Had many guests inquire about them and expect them to order! Happy with my purchase.

I like the cookie, but it is a little dry. Now the caricatures are very creative. I will probably be ordering for my sons wedding in September. Cute bag and ribbon makes for great presentation.

liked the design, but may i suggest that you design more cookies to fit the nationality of the people, etc, Afro-american, Hispanic, other than the Caucasian look. i know you do design from pictures sent in, but pic had that Caucasian look to it, although I am Afro-american. had to put original pic beside cookie pic to show the similarity.

I ordered these for a 60th Birthday celebration.The photo and packaging were a hit. I shared the business cards that came with the cookies with others. They were a perfect finishing touch. Jazz's 8th grade graduation

Everyone just kept asking me where did I get those cookies. Parker's crazy cookies were a huge success. I just have one complaint. I was expecting an extra bag or two with my order. When I read the Q&A it says the company will include and extra just in case a cookie is broken during shipment. I actually was missing a cookie in one of my bags. Other than that the cookies were great.

Loved how the cookies turned out. They’re quick to respond to emails and ensure the cookie design is how you want it. Shipped quickly and on time. Reason for 4 stars is because I requested for a gold ribbon, but it looked like a lemon yellow. So I had to change all of the ribbons in order to match my wedding colors.

I happened to do a Google search for a personalized cookie and am so thankful I came across Parker's Crazy Cookies! They are an amazing company to work with. I had to send in a few different artworks and they responded so quickly with what my product would look like from the first face cookie to the final company logo with a different shape. They kept in touch with me throughout the whole process too. I just got my order in today and was so impressed with the packaging. Double boxed with Styrofoam corners, bubble wrap, packing peanuts......they had it all so my order would not be damaged. Then once I got through the fabulous packaging the smell of the cookies came to me and my mouth started watering! My design came out perfectly, the size was just right and the flavor was as they said....like animal crackers which I really like! I can't wait to set them out for the event I have planned next week and have everyone ooooh and ahhhh over them! This was quite the hit/hoot for my birthday party. The customer service is awesome - I asked for a couple adjustments of the draft and they were handled super quickly and with a very positive attitude. I wish you could by a pack of 75 or 100 instead of only 150, but the cookies were delicious and unique!

I found Parker Crazy Cookies on Pinterest with a little more than a week before my husband’s surprise 50th birthday party. I didn’t know if I would get the cookies before the party but I filled out the order form anyway. I stated this was a rush and the Parker Cookie Team replied immediately stating they were working on the render. I was exceptionally pleasantly surprised how quickly they rendered My husband’s face. Once I agreed on how the cookie was going to look, Parker’s cookie team got to work AND saved me on shipping.

Found this company from a Pinterest add, was a little leery about placing an order, especially after seeing the price. HOWEVER...i read some reviews and went ahead and placed my order for my son's graduation cookie. And...oh...my...gosh!!!! Delivered on time, packed so thorough not 1 cookie was broken. These were a hit last year when I ordered these for my son's high school graduation party as favors. Designing the cookie with PCC's representative: not only easy but also FUN!! They were so kind and easy to work with even after my multiple different ideas for the facial features and what not. I even completely changed the photo at one point and they were cool with it!
Delivery: NOT A SINGLE BROKEN COOKIE FROM CALIFORNIA TO NEW YORK. ...oh and exactly on time too.
Actual cookie: looked liked the photo/my brother-in-law, tasted delicious according to even the pickiest folks, and was a decent sized cookie

I chose Parker's Crazy Cookies as the party favor for my Uncle's 80th birthday -- working with the design team was so easy! We had a final draft done in just days, with the artist effectively making requested tweaks quickly which resulted in a cookie that truly looked just like my Uncle! Cookies arrived well packed -- not one broken cookie! I then packaged each of the cookies myself in individual cellophane bags and ribbon - they turned out so cute! Party guests were tickled and amazed at this unique cookie, and my Uncle was so happy! The whole process was so easy yet the end product had big impact. The greatest experience AND even better project

I am not one to do reviews but I must give credit where due! The service was Amazing starting from the service department painstakingly helping me calculate the number of cookies needed and the exact cost.

Since these were for my wife's 40th I wanted not only for them to look a certain way but also to get here in time. The entire process was stress free. After two proofs and complete order change in my part, Dave assured me that her cookies would be here on time. NOT ONLY did I receive my batch early but it also had extra for us to nibble on..she was so happy she jumped in for a kiss lol.(her mouth really watered over them) I now have to tell her to leave them alone seeing that some need to go to guest at our party lol.... We ordered the cookies on a Wednesday and they had to be baked and shipped that Friday in order for us to get them in time for our daughters wedding. Cookies arrived on time and to my knowledge none were broke when we received them. One package (bride and groom) were placed at each place setting for guests. They LOVED them! The artwork is perfect!

Awesome takeaway for our Parish brunch. We didn't have a great picture of our Church - but Parker's Team created the perfect rendering. At first people thought they were just cookies -they were shocked when they realized it was the Church. Not one broken - which is exceptional since the steeple is tall and thin. I gave your delicious and very cute cookies of both of my 90+ year old parents to them for Christmas. The cookies arrived on time and unbroken!
