I have never seen anything like it!! This idea is so genius. I am making graduation gift bags and this is going to be the hit!!! NOONE has ever done this. The cookies are huge! They packaged them so neat and CEEUUTE! I love the pink ribbon. This day is so special to me and these cookies are just gorgeous. I knew they would be nice but this has superseded my expectations. Not only are the custom designs perfectly spot on, but the cookies taste great, and their customer service goes unbelievably above and beyond! I was simply blown away!

I had inquired if a gift message could be included in our order and Bogdan, on his own, actually found several very appropriate cards, emailed them to me for approval, and then hand wrote our desired message! I can't think of another business who would go to all of this effort! We were in communication multiple times at all hours and even on weekends, regarding cookie design, card design, shipping dates, and more. He is incredibly responsive, such an exceptional person, and truly delivers on his mission to bring joy to this world... I certainly felt it and am still touched. This company truly stands out!

I found them on a search for customized cookies. I did not want the 3D printed. I sent an email Tuesday night & received a response Wednesday morning. I called after. I placed a rushed order for a celebration of life for my sister in law happening on Saturday. Naomi was very responsive & I received total of 3 modifications through email.
My family were very satisfied with the turnout of the cookies. Everyone that received one were very impressed & asked were I ordered them from. I was very willing to tell them Parker's Crazy Cookies.

This is the third time we have ordered cookies from Parker's over a course of several years -- all for our retiring members of our Senior Management team. Each time has been a delight. The ease of ordering as well as the wish to please the customer by getting the caricature just right have kept me coming back. The cookies were always fresh, crisp, and packaged well to be able to sustain a bit of jostling. The last order I just received, the box was a bit crushed in the side of the top, so I was a bit worried about how the contents would found, but there was nothing broken. I continue to look for reasons to order from Parker's!

An absolute hit

50th Wedding Anniversary Party Give Away

My siblings and I decided to give our parents a surprise 50th wedding anniversary celebration here in Las Vegas. I was assigned to do most of the preparations because I live here. When it came to the give aways, I got stuck. I wanted something unique so I brose the net. I came across Parker's Crazy Cookies. I called right away to ask some questions. I didn't look at others anymore. I ordered right away. The whole process was so easy. When it came to the pictures, they were so helpful especially in making sure that they got the details right. I received emails and calls to make sure everything was done the way I wanted it. On the day of the party, everybody was so excited when they saw them! all the guest thought they were really cute and unique. My parents cannot believe how the cookies looked exactly like them.

I had a lot of extras so I decided to share them with my co-workers. All of them liked the cookies! I have co-workers who are getting married and wanted to have the same give aways. I shared your business cards with them.

These cookies are even better in person! They come BEAUTIFULLY packaged, double boxes for flawless shipping, with each cookie individually wrapped with perfect bows. They looks EXACTLY like the proof I approved.

Customer serve is spot on (and that’s difficult to find now a days). They emailed me immediately when I ordered. They sent the proof the next day and verified my shipping and delivery dates. They notified me when they baked and sent the order (which is on the same day), and it arrived at my door the next day even though it was Saturday.

And since they included a few extras, I had to try one right away. DELICIOUS! I just wished I would have saved it for my coffee.

I cannot recommend these cookies enough. They are too cute and it was an absolute PLEASURE doing business with them.

My folks turned eighty this year and I choose to have the cookies bagged together as a couple. They were amazing - just as other reviewers have mentioned, they looked just like my parents. They were a big hit; my folks were surprised, and the guests loved them! They not only look great but are quite a tasty shortbread cookie. The team was FANTASTIC! They quickly made edits based on my request. They are thoughtful in every step of the process from beginning to end. I was SUPER impressed with the shipping materials that allowed the cookies to arrive in excellent condition - not a broken cookie in the bunch. WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Where do I begin?!? Parker's Crazy Cookies brought a smile and reaction to my normally stoic teen! From the start to finish, their customer service was awesome as they were attentive & communicative throughout the process. Upon arrival, my son pulled out a bag of cookies not realizing what type of cookies I'd ordered. He was soooo impressed and shocked that he had to take a picture to share with his friends. These were a hit!

We ordered these cookies as favors for our December wedding. Working with the people at Parker's Crazy Cookies was probably the easiest of all my wedding planning. I inquired about these in August and was told I could order now, get the proof, and set a ship date. So I did that with much success!
The team was very responsive. We fiddled with the proof a bit to make it just right. The cookies shipped as stated and I received all of them with no breakage...I live across the country from them in PA and was quite nervous!

We ordered these cookies for my step dads 85th birthday party. They were amazing and a huge hit. Everyone loved them and wanted to know how to order them for other events. I had a very pleasant experience with your company. I felt they took the time and effort to make sure I was happy with the cookie before ordering it. They arrived when they said they would(even earlier!). I received several updates along the way. The packaging was done very. well so as not to break the cookies en route.These are for my father's 90th birthday and I know he will get a kick out of them! We received a proof of the cookies very quickly after submitting, they arrived on time, looked wonderful and tasted delicious. This is my second review the first one disappeared I don’t know what happened but for me to write a second review these cookies have to be awesome a friend of mine had retired and I wanted to do something special for her so I went online and I found Parker‘s crazy cookies I made an order and I put a note in the remarks saying that I need the cookies in a short amount of time before I could upload the picture at the end of the order someone was on the phone calling me asking me when did I need the cookies and before I got off the phone I had uploaded the picture they drew the picture up send me a proof I approved it and by that evening cookies were in production. You talking about outstanding customer service Chick-fil-A watch out they kept me informed at every stage when the cookies were baked when they were shipped and they even knew the cookies were on my step before I knew it and I was at home. When I heard my friend Barbara was retiring I wanted to do something special and didn’t know what so I went online to see what was unique out there and I found Parker‘s crazy cookies and I thought this was a great idea I was confused about some things but wanted to place an order so I placed the order and in the comment box I said I needed it in a short amount of time. I have to placed the order I was uploading the picture before I uploaded the picture someone was calling me from the company as I was looking for a picture to upload they wanted to know when did I need the cookies and I told them I uploaded the picture they did the draft they return the draft to me within an hour and by that evening they were working on production. Oh my goodness that is what I call fantastic customer service. (I thought Chick-fil-A had great customer service Chick-fil-A watch out ) They kept in touch with me every step of the way when the cookies were baking when the cookies were preparing to ship when the cookies had shipped and the new the cookies were on my doorstep before I did and sent me an email saying the cookies Had been delivered and I was home. This was incredible customer service the cookies looks and taste phenomenal and they looks just like my friend job well done keep up the good work.

What a great idea for something different! I hear they were delicious! I had sent them to my sister who lives out of state. My only critique is that the minimum order was 150 cookies. That’s a lot of cookies for 6 people, especially when parties and large gatherings are prohibited during the Covid 19 pandemic. Made no sense.

Excellent customer service began right off the bat in the customer chat where the friendly service representative (I think it was Angie) fielded my multitude of questions quickly and put me at total ease regarding my timing concerns etc. Their excellent communication continued throughout the process. First, we received a proof to approve the same day we placed the order, then when the cookies were being baked we received an email to let us know they were in production and then finally we received a notice when they were shipped. The cookies were even delivered ahead of schedule. They are packed super carefully with lots of bubble wrap and a box within a box and clearly marked FRAGILE but I heard my delivery guy literally drop them on my front porch so I knew some would be broken and they were. The great thing is that they pack EXTRA cookies to account for breakage. All in all Parker's Crazy Cookies displays excellent customer service and smart business practices as well as delivering unique and yummy cookies. We loved them and will use them again!

They made the ordering process extremely user friendly and were available on-line (to chat) or via telephone. I didn't necessarily have a real high expectation for the taste of the cookie, but they definitely exceeded everyone's expectation; they are delicious shortbread cookies. They were the hit of the 60th birthday celebration and provided for an excellent dessert! I'm still enjoying them with a dunk in my coffee!

I ordered cookies with the anniversary body type to use as favors for my wedding, and we loved it so much! We submitted a photo of our Bitmoji, and they were pretty spot on with the cookies. They were also very willing and happy to make as many changes as you like before the come up with the final sketch. I literally emailed a representative back and forth about changes, and they were so eager to modify to my liking. I really appreciated that awesome customer service.

When we received the cookies, we actually got way more than the number we ordered and paid for. How kind of them! This helped us have extra in case some broke or whatever. All our guests loved them as our favors. Additionally, everyone loved how they tasted similar to Girl Scout shortbread cookies.

I ordered 150 of these for my friend to help celebrate her 70th birthday. (I'm glad I'm not that old! Lol) She has had a great time sharing them with those around her! Super cute

I received my cookies before was originally expected which was nice. They are a little smaller than I thought, but still super adorable and they looked just like the picture they drafted. They pack them very well and I only had a handful that had some defects. But I received 18 extra cookies at no charge so that was nice as well. I think they are great tasting and I am sure they will be a hot of the party this weekend! I definitely would recommend doing this again.

I ordered as a surprise, cookies of my Boss, a well loved retiring priest. One cookie was of him in a Hawaiian shirt representing his upcoming travels and the other was one of him holding a fish representing fishing excursions he hopes to take. I first became aware of your cookies at a surprise 70th Birthday party. The cookies and likeness of the party boy were so well received that I decided to do it for my sister's 60th. That is this Saturday. So let's start with excellent customer service. Communications went back and forth smoothly. Revisions were completed as needed. The emails were pleasant and showed attention to detail. Product arrived as scheduled. Packaging was designed to protect the cookies. It was a seamless transaction. The downside in my humble opinion was I sort of felt you over priced the shipping to grab a little extra dough, You would be better off raising your base price and provide actual shipping costs. However, considering what I just said, I would use your services again if I have the need.

We ordered these cookies for a company retirement party and needed them delivered the same week we ordered them. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly they were delivered to us and how accurate they were based on the picture we sent. Everyone at the party thought they were adorable and they tasted great as well! Would definitely recommend and use again for future parties!

Shipping issue but good cookies

Overall, we were pretty pleased with the product. We ordered a set of male Santa hat cookies and set of female Santa hat cookies. Problem during transit, box arrived within approx 5inch hole in box, upon inspection found several cookies broken. Haven’t checked them all all just yet, but there’s at least 13 broken cookies of the “female” ones. Disappointed in shipping process. But cookies taste good.

I happened to do a Google search for a personalized cookie and am so thankful I came across Parker's Crazy Cookies! They are an amazing company to work with. I had to send in a few different artworks and they responded so quickly with what my product would look like from the first face cookie to the final company logo with a different shape. They kept in touch with me throughout the whole process too. I just got my order in today and was so impressed with the packaging. Double boxed with Styrofoam corners, bubble wrap, packing peanuts......they had it all so my order would not be damaged. Then once I got through the fabulous packaging the smell of the cookies came to me and my mouth started watering! My design came out perfectly, the size was just right and the flavor was as they said....like animal crackers which I really like! I can't wait to set them out for the event I have planned next week and have everyone ooooh and ahhhh over them! This was quite the hit/hoot for my birthday party. The customer service is awesome - I asked for a couple adjustments of the draft and they were handled super quickly and with a very positive attitude. I wish you could by a pack of 75 or 100 instead of only 150, but the cookies were delicious and unique!

Best Party Favor EVER

I found Parker Crazy Cookies on Pinterest with a little more than a week before my husband’s surprise 50th birthday party. I didn’t know if I would get the cookies before the party but I filled out the order form anyway. I stated this was a rush and the Parker Cookie Team replied immediately stating they were working on the render. I was exceptionally pleasantly surprised how quickly they rendered My husband’s face. Once I agreed on how the cookie was going to look, Parker’s cookie team got to work AND saved me on shipping.

Exceeded my expectations

Found this company from a Pinterest add, was a little leery about placing an order, especially after seeing the price. HOWEVER...i read some reviews and went ahead and placed my order for my son's graduation cookie. And...oh...my...gosh!!!! Delivered on time, packed so thorough not 1 cookie was broken. They taste like an animal cracker, or short bread type. Very tasty! And best of all once I opened the cookie packaging, the room filled with the aroma of fresh baked cookies. These were a hit last year when I ordered these for my son's high school graduation party as favors. Everyone was so surprised at how much the cookie looked like my son and everyone wanted more to take home with them. Plus they enjoyed biting his head off.
